(2) Probate fees in British Columbia also include a $208 administration fee for estates valued
greater than $25,000.
(3) In Newfoundland and Labrador, estates valued at less than $1,000 have a minimum probate
fee of $60. The province’s probate fees also include an additional $30 Order fee.
